Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned once downloaded, our refund policy differs from physical products. When you purchase our digital bundles, templates, or guides, you are granted immediate access to the intellectual property.

Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• The product was misdescribed significantly on our landing page.
• Duplicate purchases made by mistake.

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• You lack the required software or skills to use the product (requirements are clearly stated).
• You purchased the product by mistake but have already downloaded it.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately on our end. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
